Lightweight jacket with belt in the same fabric. Unlined. With irregular Japanese oversize volume. Can be used as a shirt. Button closure and belt in the same fabric. It has slits at waist level so you can wear the belt visible and gather only the front. Or with the belt on top, gathering the entire garment.
