Shipping & Returns


Shipping

Once we receive your order, the MARLOTA team will begin processing it. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain via DHL.

Delivery times and shipping costs

For Spain and Portugal the shipping cost for each order will be:

  • NATIONAL 1-2 business days free for orders over €150
  • ISLANDS 1-2 working days free from €150

For the rest of the countries, shipping rates will be as follows:

  • EUROPE 1-2 business days €30
  • UK 2 working days €35
  • USA and CANADA 2-4 business days €45
  • REST OF THE WORLD 2-4 business days €90

Delivery times provided are indicative only.

Delivery to countries within the European Union:

  • All prices are shown in € including 21% Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax).

Delivery to countries outside the European Union:

  • These orders will be shipped with an official invoice stating the exact total of the merchandise purchased.
  • When purchasing from a country outside the European Union, your country determines the taxes and customs charges when the product enters your country.

Customers will be responsible for paying local taxes and import duties at destination.

DHL will contact you once your order arrives at customs. Unfortunately, as shipping varies from country to country, we cannot estimate these charges or any potential delays. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Deliveries

Shipments can be delivered to the address of your choice (home, work, etc. – we do not deliver to PO boxes)

Returns

We hope you love the MARLOTA pieces you've selected; however, if you decide they don't fit your needs, you can return your purchase.

MARLOTA has a 14-day return policy, which means you must send your returned items within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. The returned item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging and tags.

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your return is approved. If so, MARLOTA will refund the full value of the items using the same method as your original payment within 15 days. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, or international duties and taxes.

Please note that MARLOTA digital gift cards are non-refundable.

And the return must be made from the same country to which the order was sent.

Returns are the buyer's responsibility. Simply place the item(s) in the original box, including all tags and labels. To complete your return, email us at onlineshop@marlota.es with the reason for the return, and we will send you the DHL label for your package.

Changes

If you are interested in a different size, color, or style, please return your item to us and proceed to purchase the new piece.

Defective items

All items undergo quality control before shipping. If you receive an item that isn't in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at onlineshop@marlota.es . Please note that any claim must be made that the item has not been misused.
