Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Once we receive your order, the MARLOTA team will start working on it. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain via DHL.
Delivery times and shipping costs
For Spain and Portugal the shipping cost for each order will be:
- NATIONAL 1-2 business days free from €150
- ISLANDS 1-2 working days free from €150
For the rest of the countries the shipping rates will be the following:
- EUROPE 1-2 business days €30
- UK 2 working days €35
- USA and CANADA 2-4 business days €45
- REST OF THE WORLD 2-4 business days €90
Delivery times provided are indicative.
Delivery to countries within the European Union:
- All prices are shown in € including 21% Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax).
Delivery to countries outside the European Union:
- All prices are shown in € including 21% Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax).
- When purchasing from a country outside the European Union, 21% VAT will be deducted at checkout, once you have entered your shipping address.
- These orders will be sent with an official invoice stating the exact total of the merchandise purchased.
Customers will be responsible for paying local taxes and import duties at destination.
DHL will contact you once your order arrives at customs. Unfortunately, as it differs from country to country, we cannot estimate these charges or any possible delays. If in doubt, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
Deliveries
Shipments can be delivered to the address you choose (home, work, etc. – we will not deliver to PO boxes)
Returns
We hope you love the selected MARLOTA pieces, however, if you decide that it does not fit what you wanted, you can return your purchase.
MARLOTA has a 14-day return policy, which means you must send back the returned items within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. The returned item must be unused, clean and in the same condition in which you received it, in the original packaging and its tags.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know if your return is approved or not. If so, MARLOTA will refund the full value of the products using the same method as your original payment within 15 days. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, or international duties and taxes.
Please note that MARLOTA digital gift cards cannot be refunded.
And the return must be made from the same country to which the order was sent.
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Simply place the items in the box you originally received, with all labels attached. To complete your return, send us an email to onlineshop@marlota.es with the reason for the return and we will send you the DHL label for your package.
Changes
If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your item to us and proceed to purchase the new piece.
Defective items
All items go through quality control before being shipped. In case you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at onlineshop@marlota.es . Please note that any claim requires that the item has not been used inappropriately.
